Chef John Besh helped kick off the introduction of PUREFRUIT™ by making and sampling three delicious recipes featuring the new all natural, zero-calorie, great tasting sugar alternative made from fruit! Event attendees tasted three original creations all made with less sugar: Bourbon Basil Lemonade, Mango Cream Pie and a Spicy Smoothie! These recipes were sampled with one of the world’s most demanding audiences - food and beverage developers at the recent Institute for Food Technologists (IFT) convention in New Orleans - - and they were a hit!
